Making A Bee-line
€23,95
Eva Crane, OBE, DSc, was Director of the International Bee Research Association (1949-83), and she continued to write, and to travel, in her retirement. Her many publications on beekeeping and honey and their history are known worldwide. She gained much of her knowledge of these subjects during her travels, to sixty countries. Everywhere she went she sampled the life of local people, sometimes in remote rural areas of the world. Dr Crane writes vividly about her experiences, and the book is illustrated with her own photographs.
