Liz Westcott has been keeping bees since 2005 and runs about 20 colonies in Brixham, Devon.
Inspired by the bees to enter the Poetry Class at various local shows, Liz found that she enjoyed writing the poems as much as keeping the bees!
She is an active and enthusiastic member of the Torbay Branch of the Devon Beekeepers Association. Liz is well known for selling her Products of the Hive at shows and farmers’ markets and for her success at showing beeswax in local competitions. She also gives talks to local organisations where her poems are well received.
